Timing from the UAE
Kampala is one hour behind the UAE, and neither country changes its clocks. Our WhatsApp is monitored from 8 AM to 8 PM East Africa Time, seven days a week, which is 9 AM to 9 PM in Dubai.
Same-day delivery in Kampala needs your order at least two hours before the delivery time you want. For cakes, balloons and timed surprises, message us before 11 AM Kampala time, which is noon in Dubai. If you are on a shift and can only order at night, send it anyway and we confirm when we open. Outside Kampala, tell us the town and we confirm the delivery day before you pay.
Paying from the UAE
Payment details are shared on WhatsApp once your gift and date are agreed. The site lists Visa, Mastercard, Wise and PayPal for international customers. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
On the day
Your card is written in your words. Our team presents the gift and sends you a WhatsApp photo once it is in their hands. Ask for a photo of the finished gift before it leaves the shop if you want to check it first. If the recipient is out, we reschedule at no additional cost.
