Personalised cards come with every order, written exactly as you dictate them, in any language. If you want a particular cake design, wine or bottle of perfume, ask and we confirm whether we can source it.

How we handle a luxury order

A short brief on WhatsApp. Who it is for, the occasion, the town, the date and anything to avoid.
A clear recommendation. We suggest a gift or adjust one from the catalogue, and tell you honestly what is possible for your date.
Payment. Mobile Money, cards, Wise and PayPal are accepted, and companies can pay against an invoice. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
Preparation and a preview on request. Ask, and we send a photo of the finished gift before it leaves the shop.
Presentation at the door. Our team hands it over in person, then sends you a photo. A short video is available on request.

Discretion is part of the service. We do not call ahead to announce a surprise unless you ask, we can keep your name off the card, and we deliver to office receptions professionally.

Timing

Same-day delivery in Kampala is available when you order at least two hours before the delivery time you want. For cakes, balloons and timed surprises, message us before 11 AM. Next-day delivery reaches most towns within 150 km of Kampala, and further upcountry takes two to three working days. Our WhatsApp is monitored from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week.
