What time zone do you operate in?

We operate on East Africa Time (UTC+3). Our WhatsApp is monitored from 8 AM to 8 PM EAT, seven days a week. You can send a message at any time and we will respond as soon as we are online.

How long does delivery take after I pay?

Within Kampala, we offer same-day and next-day delivery. For other areas, delivery typically takes one to three working days depending on location.

Can I add a personal message to the gift?

Yes. We include a printed or handwritten card with your personal message. You can dictate the message on WhatsApp and we will reproduce it exactly as you wish.

What if the recipient is not home when you deliver?

We coordinate delivery times via WhatsApp. If the recipient is unavailable, we reschedule at no additional cost. For surprise deliveries, we work with a contact person at the delivery location to ensure someone is available.
