Corporate Gifting FAQs

What types of corporate gifts does MistaGift offer?
We offer a full range of corporate gifting solutions including branded tumblers, notebooks, leather desk accessories, tech accessories like wireless chargers and power banks, personalised planners, company merchandise, executive gift sets, onboarding welcome kits, and seasonal packages. Every gift is sourced with care and delivered with professional presentation.
What is the minimum order for corporate gifts?
There is no strict minimum. We handle everything from a single executive gift to bulk orders of 500 or more. For volume pricing discounts, we recommend a minimum of 20 identical items.
Can you brand our corporate gifts with our company logo?
Yes. We offer logo branding on tumblers, notebooks, bags, tech accessories, packaging and more. We can also source custom branded merchandise specific to your company. Branding setup requires a minimum of five working days.
How far in advance should we place a corporate order?
For standard orders, allow three working days. For branded or bulk orders exceeding 50 units, allow seven to ten working days. For year-end and Christmas orders, we recommend placing orders in October or November.
Do you deliver corporate gifts outside Kampala?
Yes. We deliver across Uganda including Entebbe, Jinja, Mukono, Mbarara, Gulu and other major towns. Delivery fees for upcountry locations are included in your custom proposal.
What payment methods do you accept for corporate orders?
We accept bank transfers, mobile money (MTN and Airtel), Visa, Mastercard, Wise, PayPal and company purchase orders with invoicing.
Can we set up a recurring gifting program?
Yes. Many companies set up quarterly or annual gifting calendars for staff milestones, client appreciation and seasonal occasions. We manage the entire schedule and handle every delivery.
Do you offer different gift tiers for different recipients?
Absolutely. Many clients use an Essential tier for general staff and Premium or Luxury tiers for management and key clients. We can configure any number of tiers to match your needs.
Can we see a sample before placing a large order?
Yes. We prepare samples for review before bulk commitments. The sample cost is credited against your final order total.

Diaspora & International Ordering FAQs

How do I send a gift to someone in Uganda from abroad?
Simply message us on WhatsApp at +256 759 633 013. Tell us the occasion, your budget and the delivery location. We share package options, you pay via Wise, PayPal or card, and we deliver with WhatsApp photo proof.
How do I know the gift was actually delivered?
We send a WhatsApp photo of your loved one receiving the gift at the moment of delivery. This is our standard practice on every single order, not an optional extra.
What payment methods can I use from the UK, USA or Europe?
We accept Wise (best for GBP), PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Mobile Money. All payments are processed securely and confirmed on WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take after I pay?
Within Kampala, we offer same-day and next-day delivery. Greater Kampala takes one to two days. Upcountry locations take two to three working days.
Can I order a surprise gift without the recipient knowing?
Yes. We handle surprise deliveries regularly and coordinate discreetly. We never reveal the sender until the gift is opened, unless you instruct us otherwise.
Can I include a personal message with the gift?
Yes. Every order includes a personalised card with your message. You can dictate the message on WhatsApp in any language and we reproduce it exactly.
Do you deliver to rural areas outside Kampala?
Yes. We deliver to all major towns and many rural areas across Uganda. Contact us with the specific location and we confirm availability and timeline.
What if the recipient is not home?
We coordinate delivery times via WhatsApp. If the recipient is unavailable, we reschedule at no additional cost.
Can I see the gift before it is delivered?
Yes. Upon request, we send you a WhatsApp photo of the assembled package before dispatch. This is available at no additional cost.

Yes. MistaGift has been operating from Kyato Complex, next to Equatorial Mall, Shop B6-14, Kampala, Uganda since 2017. We are a fully Ugandan-owned and operated business.
