Timing from Canadian time zones
Uganda stays on East Africa Time (UTC+3) all year. Depending on daylight saving, Kampala is 7 to 8 hours ahead of Toronto and Ottawa, 8 to 9 hours ahead of Winnipeg, 9 to 10 hours ahead of Calgary and Edmonton, and 10 to 11 hours ahead of Vancouver.
Our WhatsApp is monitored from 8 AM to 8 PM East Africa Time, seven days a week. In Toronto that is roughly midnight or 1 AM to noon or 1 PM. In Vancouver it begins the previous evening.
- Order the evening before if you want a morning delivery in Kampala.
- Same-day delivery in Kampala needs your order at least two hours before the delivery time you want. Cakes, balloons and timed surprises need the message before 11 AM Kampala time.
- Outside Kampala, we confirm the delivery day for the town before you pay. Next-day delivery reaches most towns within 150 km of Kampala; further upcountry, allow two to three working days.
Paying from Canada
We share payment details on WhatsApp once the gift and date are agreed. The site lists Visa, Mastercard, Wise and PayPal for international customers. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
The handover
Our team presents the gift in person with your card, written in your words. You receive a WhatsApp photo when it is handed over. Ask, and we also send a photo of the finished gift before it leaves the shop. If nobody is home, we reschedule at no additional cost.
