Birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas. Weddings, introductions and graduations you cannot fly home for. A new baby. A parent who is unwell. A loss in the family. An apology that needs more than a message. A client relationship you want to look after from a distance. Tell us the occasion in a sentence and we suggest what fits, including perfume, wine, cakes and chocolates where they are welcome.
How the service works from abroad
- Brief us on WhatsApp. The person, the occasion, the town, the date and anything to avoid. Our WhatsApp is monitored from 8 AM to 8 PM East Africa Time, seven days a week.
- Agree the gift. We recommend from the catalogue or adjust a set for the person, and say clearly what is possible for your date.
- Pay. Diaspora customers often use Remitly or Pegasus, and the site also lists Visa, Mastercard, Wise and PayPal. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
- Preview on request. Ask, and we send a photo of the finished gift before it leaves the shop.
- The handover. Our team presents the gift in person and sends you a photo. A short video is available on request.
Surprises stay discreet. We do not call ahead unless you ask, we can keep your name off the card, and we deliver to office receptions with care.
Timing
Same-day delivery in Kampala works when you order at least two hours before the delivery time you want. Cakes, balloons and timed surprises need the message before 11 AM Kampala time. Next-day delivery reaches most towns within 150 km of Kampala, and further upcountry takes two to three working days. Each country page below explains the time difference from where you are.
