If you are abroad and want Christmas gifts delivered to family in Uganda, the dates that matter are on our Christmas delivery page: upcountry deliveries, order by 18 December; Greater Kampala, order by 22 December; central Kampala, order by 23 December (subject to availability). We deliver on Christmas Eve (24 December) but not on Christmas Day itself. One order can cover several homes, each with its own gift and address.
The order-by dates
From our Christmas delivery page:
- Upcountry deliveries: order by 18 December.
- Greater Kampala: order by 22 December.
- Central Kampala: order by 23 December (subject to availability).
We deliver on Christmas Eve (24 December) but not on Christmas Day itself. If the gift should be there for the Christmas meal, plan for delivery on or before the 24th.
Several homes, one order
Christmas from abroad often means more than one household: parents in Kampala, grandparents upcountry, a sibling's young family. Our Christmas page confirms you can order multiple hampers with different contents, each delivered to a different address if needed.
Send us one list:
- Each recipient's name and phone number.
- The town and a landmark for each home.
- The delivery day you want for each (within the dates above).
- The card message for each household.
What to send each household
- For parents or grandparents: a gift basket such as the Sweet Harmony Basket (BK2), UGX 285,000.
- For a household you want to treat: the Signature Appreciation Hamper (MG-051), UGX 380,000.
- For the one celebration you are missing most: Royal Treat (V02), UGX 880,000, built around an XL bouquet and a red velvet cake.

Paying and proof from abroad
Pay by Visa, Mastercard, Wise, PayPal or Mobile Money. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. You receive a WhatsApp photo at delivery for each home, and a photo of each finished gift before it leaves on request.
