Yes, a regional office in Nairobi, Kigali or Kinshasa can pay for year-end gifts delivered to its team in Uganda. HQ sends MistaGift the headcount, the budget per head and the Uganda address list; we prepare the gifts in Kampala, invoice HQ and deliver in Uganda, and HQ gets a WhatsApp photo at delivery for its records. Nothing crosses a border.
Who pays, and how
HQ finance can pay from outside Uganda. The payment options listed on mistagiftug.com are Visa, Mastercard, Mobile Money, Wise and PayPal. Remitly and Pegasus are also convenient ways to pay from abroad. We can invoice, and we send the payment details when we confirm the order. Prices on the site are in Ugandan shillings.
Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
The staff list HQ sends
A simple list saves a round of questions. One line per recipient:
- Name, as it should appear on the card
- Office or home address in Uganda, with a nearby landmark
- Phone number for the delivery
- Gift tier, if not everyone gets the same gift
- Delivery date, or a date range
If the gifts go to one office, the address and a contact person at reception are enough. If they go to different addresses, the list carries each one.
Photo proof for HQ finance
After delivery we send a photo on WhatsApp. If HQ wants to see the assembled gift before it leaves, ask for that photo too. Both are easy to forward to finance with the invoice.
