Flowers & ready-made gifts
For flowers and ready-made gifts, orders are usually ready within two hours of payment. Delivery timing varies by destination and is confirmed with you.
Corporate & bespoke orders
Branding or engraving ready-made corporate items usually takes 1–2 days. Bespoke orders usually take about two weeks and can take 30 days, depending on complexity and quantity. These are preparation estimates; your order timeline is agreed with you before we proceed.
Arranging delivery
Share the delivery location, your preferred date and the recipient's contact details with our team. We will confirm the arrangements with you. Preparation time is separate from the time it takes to reach the recipient.
If your order is for an event or a specific occasion, tell us the required date when you enquire so we can plan with you.
Confirming your order and payment

- We confirm the items, quantity, price and delivery arrangements with you.
- Our team shares the payment details for your order. Flowers and ready-made gifts are prepared after payment; corporate project arrangements are agreed with you before we proceed.

Quantities and custom requirements
There is no minimum order quantity. We agree the quantity and price with you based on your requirements.
For branding, engraving or a bespoke gift set, share your specifications and desired delivery date when you enquire.
Planning Christmas gifts
Please confirm Christmas orders by 23 December so we can plan ahead. Bespoke orders need earlier planning. We confirm the delivery timeline for each order; this is not a guarantee of Christmas arrival.
